Power Cable Testing and Repair

The measurements and tests our laboratory performs. Afterwards we issue a test report that meets the requirements of Ukrainian law.

What’s included

  1. Conductor continuity and phasing check.
  2. High-voltage DC testing of cables rated up to 35 kV.
  3. Cable insulation resistance measurement.
  4. Protection trip check for lines up to 1 kV with earthed neutral.
  5. Cable fault location.
  6. Cable line repair (joint installation) including excavation work.
  7. VLF (0.1 Hz) testing of XLPE cable lines up to 35 kV.
  8. Fault location on XLPE cable lines up to 35 kV.
  9. Repair of XLPE cable lines up to 35 kV.
