- Inspection of underground cable routes.
- Inspection of cable ducts, tunnels and transformer substation shafts.
- Inspection of cable manholes.
- Inspection of cable terminations and joints above 1000 V.
- Oil level and leak checks on oil-filled apparatus.
- Inspection of transformer busbars and temperature checks of contact connections.
- Oil sampling and topping up oil in apparatus.
- Checking the silica gel indicator in transformer breathers.
- Inspection of transformers, insulators and busbars.
